1. Create your account

2. Connect LinkedIn and email

   Link your accounts so Clarvo can source candidates and send outreach. See Connect your accounts.

3. Create your first project

   Set up a project for the role you’re hiring for. See Projects.

4. Run a search

   Describe the role in plain language and review your matches. See Running a search.

5. Shortlist and reach out

   Add strong matches to your Shortlist and launch a Sequence.
